Apparently President Trump passed useful information to Russia from a U.S. partner. This data was obtained through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government. The complaints are that POTUS Trump has endangered cooperation with this partner by divulging the intelligence without permission from the source.
You probably heard from the media “This is code-word information” which implies high classification. Guess what? The president can choose to “declassifiy” almost whatever intelligence he sees fit. The gorilla dust being made by news sources over a specific regarding the Islamic State is the quintessential demonstration of armchair quarterback with little to no quantifiable detail.
